How we make it
Once ready, we sand the ash wood object by hand. Char it with a flame torch. Remove the embers with a wire brush to finally reveal the beautiful wood grain. Sand it again. Unify the color surface with India ink. Admire the small cracks that make yakisugi wood so unique. Coat it in food-safe oils and waxes.
